1. Acceptance
By accessing StorySage.io websites or applications (“StorySage”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts & access
Your account is for your personal or authorized organizational use and may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate access for shared credentials, abuse, or Terms violations. Usage is metered by credits according to your plan.
3. Plans, credits & billing
Free and paid plans grant monthly credits that do not roll over. Paid plans are billed via our payment provider (currently Xendit) in Indonesian Rupiah. You may cancel renewals in your account settings; fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable once credits/quota are issued. See Pricing for plan details.
4. Content licensing by plan
Non-commercial / Storyteller (and Free) plans: Creations are intended for non-commercial use. Gallery visibility and Creative Commons BY-NC-SA style sharing terms may apply as described at signup and in-product. Do not use these plans for client work, resale, or commercial film/game/media production.
Storyteller Pro: Subject to plan terms, you receive individual commercial-use rights for your own broadcasting, direct sales of scripts/audiobooks, and advertising revenue on platforms you control. Pro does not automatically cover resale of full rights as a contractor/service, or enterprise film/game/advertising production — those typically require an Enterprise license.
Enterprise: Custom licensing for studios and companies. Contact us for agreements.
5. Acceptable use & banned content
You may not use StorySage to create illegal, harmful, or abusive content, including sexually explicit/pornographic material focused on sexual content, terrorism, hate speech, or exploitation of minors. Do not upload third-party copyrighted material you do not have rights to use. Intentional IP infringement or banned-content use may result in restriction or termination.
Mature-audience storytelling may be allowed when you select appropriate audience settings, provided it does not violate the rules above or applicable law.
6. AI-generated content & liability
Outputs from large language models, diffusion models, and related AI tools are not guaranteed to be free of copyright or other legal issues. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use is lawful and non-infringing in your jurisdiction. StorySage may remove content it reasonably believes infringes third-party rights. We make no warranty that platform use or generated content is legal in every jurisdiction.
7. Privacy
We do not resell personal data such as your name, contact information, or billing details. See the Privacy Policy for how we collect and use information.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the site or account notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
